Contact IT immediately and do not click anything on the pop up. In a lot of these cases there will even be a Scan Now button which you should never press. These are most likely a scheme to get credit card information or have you download malware by thinking you are protecting yourself. Leave the computer as is and we will clean/fix it for you.
