-Go to: https://katmai.hostedrmm.com:8040/
-Click 'Login':
-You will now see your assigned computer
-Click the checkbox next to your computer
-Click "Join"
Note: The computer you are joining must be powered on and connected to the internet in order for you to join. If it is not, the computer icon will be grayed out like so and you will not be able to connect:
Once you are connected, log in and use the computer as you normally would in the office.
