If you have a message that was received within the past 24 hours, you should receive a notification message like the one shown below:


 Notification messages are sent out on a schedule and not at the time the message is quarantined.  The notifications messages are typically sent out around 0800EST.  


If you require immediate access to see if a more recent message has been quarantined, you can access the quarantine page by going to the following URL : Quarantine


You may be prompted to sign into your Katmai/ONC account before being given access to your quarantined emails.


Once you sign in you will want to select the "Email & Collaboration" Drop down and select "Review" 



If you have an email within quarantine for longer than 15 days of being received, the email will be deleted.
